The FP-2 floor box offers an economical solution for AV and Data cable access and is designed for use in raised floor applications. It is ideal for conference rooms, auditoriums, computer rooms, churches and general meeting spaces. The FP-2 provides easy access to standard 2 gang wall plates for audio, video, telecommunications and data connectivity. The large hinged access door provides easy access to internal connector plates and stored cables. A smaller hinged cable access door, when opened, provides a pass-through opening for cables. When the unit is not in use, the cover may be completely closed, providing maximum protection of internal stored cables and connectors. This low profile housing is painted with a durable Black textured finish for a rugged yet professional appearance.
